Brian Lindquist Injured in Austin, TX By Alleged Drunk Driver

Brian Lindquist, 27, was reportedly injured in Austin, TX when an alleged drunk driver crashed into his bicycle on October 12, 2012. Police said that Lindquist was biking near the intersection of 17th Street and Guadalupe when Truett Don Jones’ vehicle crashed into him at about 4:30 a.m.

25-year old Jones was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, police said, and his vehicle dragged Lindquist along the road for a short distance before he fell to the street. Jones fled the scene, but was later arrested and charged by local authorities. Lindquist was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
