1 Injured by Wrong-Way Alleged DWI Accident on I-35 in Fort Worth, TX

According to news reports, a wrong-way accident along I-35W in Fort Worth, TX left one person injured on Wednesday morning, February 13, 2013. Police arrested Jessica Roseman early Wednesday morning for DWI and accident involving injury and damage after she was caught driving south in the northbound lanes of I-35W.

Police said that Roseman was driving the wrong way along I-35 at Rosedale Street when she caused a vehicle to crash into a concrete retaining wall to avoid a collision, leaving one of the occupants of the car with injuries. Roseman then continued to drive south in the northbound lanes and sideswiped an SUV at Berry Street before being stopped near the Mixmaster. The accident is still under investigation, but the injuries involved do not appear to be life-threatening.
