Mark Thomason Killed in Alleged DWI Accident in Houston, TX

Mark Thomason was reportedly killed in a fatal car accident that may have been influenced by alcohol on November 18, 2012. Police said that Shannon Smith was reportedly driving along Tuckerton Road at about 7:50 p.m. when he swerved into oncoming traffic. He had attempted to pass another vehicle, but clipped it and veered into the opposite lanes, where he hit Thomason’s car.

Police said that Thomason was killed in the accident, but Smith’s condition was not available. Smith was later suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for intoxication manslaughter and DWI.
