One Charged in Alleged Austin, Texas Drunk Driving Accident

Authorities from the Texas State Police have released the identity of the indivdual charged in connection with a road accident in Austin, TX on Friday, September 13th, 2013, according to The Austin American Statesman. Police believe a vehicle collided with the rear of a vehicle for reasons currently under investigation while navigating the service road of Interstate 35.

According to the statement released by authorities, the driver has since been identified as Filemon Soria-Huerta, who currently faces drunk driving related charges stemming from the accident. A child in the other vehicle reportedly complained of pain. The investigation into the accident remains active and ongoing.
