One Injured in Car Accident on FM 1485 in Montgomery, Texas; Alcohol Suspected

Officials from the Texas State Police have not yet identified the driver hurt in a collision in Montgomery, TX on Friday, October 5th, 2013, according to The Montgomery County Police Reporter. Police currently have reason to believe one person was hurt when the vehicle they operated collided with a number of vehicles stopped at the intersection of FM 1485 and Highway 242.

According to the statement released by authorities, one person sustained unspecified injuries in the accident. Police discovered alcohol at the scene of the accident, and are awaiting confirmation that it was a factor. The investigation into the accident remains active and ongoing by personnel from both local and state agencies.
