One Injured in Alleged Upper Darby, Pennsylvania Drunk Driving Accident

Authorities representing the Pennsylvania State Police have not yet identified the individual that was seriously hurt in a collision in Upper Darby, PA on Thursday, July 11th, 2013, according to FOX-29. Police familiar with details of the investigation currently have reason to believe a person was seriously hurt when the vehicle they occupied was struck by a Nissan sports car for reaons currently under investigation while navigating MacDade Boulevard.

According to the statement released by authorities, the individual sustained numerous injuries in the accident and was consequently transported by emergency response personnel to a nearby hospital where an update on her condition was not made immediately available by hospital staff. The driver of the vehicle has since been identified as James Duggan, who currently faces his eleventh drunk driving charge in connection with the accident. Police expect to release more information pertaining to the accident in the coming days.
