Theodore Brewsaugh Killed in Suspected Irvine, California Alcohol Related Accident

Authorities tasked with spearheading the investigation from the California Highway Patrol have released a statement that has identified the individual that died as a result of a collision in Irvine, CA that occurred on Sunday, March 31st, 2013. Police close to the investigation estimate that Theodore Brewsaugh sustained massive injuries when the vehicle he occupied was collided with by a SUV at the intersection of Irvine Boulevard and Sand Canyon Avenue.

According to the statement released by police, Theodore Brewsaugh sustained massive injuries in the accident and was transported by emergency response personnel to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to the injuries he sustained six days after his arrival. The driver of the SUV has since been identified as Brad Marsicano, who was arrested under suspicion of drunk driving, but has yet to be formally charged. Officials expect to release more information regarding the crash as it becomes available.
